Finite series partial sum

A finite series is a sum of a fixed number of terms written from a clear rule for the general term a_k.

The partial sum from index from to index to is the accumulated total of every successive term in that closed range. Students meet arithmetic progressions, geometric progressions, and simple polynomial sequences early, then need a reliable check that their hand addition matches the formula they wrote. This capability accepts an explicit formula family, the inclusive index bounds, and the formula parameters, then adds each term in order and returns the partial sum together with first and last terms, the term count, and a short description of a_k. The path is pure deterministic arithmetic in the Worker and free in the browser widget, with no model call and no external lookup.

The API is asynchronous: the call returns a task_id immediately and the result arrives by webhook. Polling is capped at 1 req/s per task.
